Friday through Sunday dinners are our busiest hours. On peak evenings, reservations are seated at the next available table, ahead of the walk-in line. Booking a day or two ahead keeps your wait as short as possible.
Larger tables are limited, so reservations are strongly recommended for bigger parties. For 20+ guests, our private party hall with custom catering is the better fit.
Every thali is cooked to order and needs a minimum of 30 minutes. Reserve ahead and mention your thali plans, and we'll make the timing work for you.
No reservation? Come anyway. We'll always do our best to seat you. Reservations simply get priority for the next available table on busy evenings.

Walk-ins are always welcome. That said, we strongly recommend reserving for Friday to Sunday evenings and for groups of 6 or more. Those are our busiest times, and a reservation puts you at the front of the line for the next available table.
During busy hours, a reservation means you get the next available table for your party size, so there may be a short wait while we clear and set your table. We do our best to keep it brief. Without a reservation the wait can be much longer, so booking ahead is still well worth it.

Lunch runs 12:00–3:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and 12:00–3:30 PM Friday through Sunday. Dinner runs 6:00–9:30 PM, extended to 10:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. We're closed on Tuesdays. You'll find us at 1103 Inman Ave, Edison, NJ 08820.
